Had an issue with my 23 Colorado radiator hose leaking and got it fixed, they did a great job.

Gregory Byram provided exemplary customer service as always. He was instrumental in scheduling my service appointment and provided a detailed status of the service required. He is one of the key reasons why I continue to utilize Lindsay Chevrolet to service my three GM vehicles. Second the customer waiting area is great for allowing me to work from my laptop while awaiting maintenance/repairs to be completed. I've visited several other GM Dealerships and the service provided by Gregory and the customer waiting area are superior to others.

It was a long process but it was worth it!

It started off great, but in the end they could not deliver. As part of the service I had them install new tires when the truck was returned to me one of the pressure sensors was not connected and the truck was in alarm. I offered a compromise solution to resolve, come pick up the truck leave a loaner correct the issue and I’ll come back to pick up the car. The dealership refused, so I took the truck to Firestone and paid to have the sensor repaired as it was easier for me, very disappointing.

David Palumbo and Lindsay Chevrolet have exceeded my expectations once again. Dave provided me excellent service, was knowledgeable, patient, and timely. Dave and Lindsay care about customers and it’s proven to me with every visit.

Polite, friendly service

Service was okay. Wait time was longer than usual or anticipated. My rep, Patrick was good. However, my antifreeze was low when i got home from my appointment. I thought part of the mileage service is checking and topping off fluids. Needless to say, I had to purchase some antifreeze and do it myself. I believe last Friday was an off day for Lindsay Chevrolet Woodbridge service department

Finished in time expected.

Lindsay Chevrolet worked hard to get financing I could afford. They also were willing to come close to the trade-in offer I had from a competitor to save me the time and hassle of selling my old vehicle separately from my new vehicle purchase.

I had my front breaks and rotors replaced. I also had my rear breaks replaced and rear rotors resurfaced. When a received my Tahoe the next day everything seemed fine. A day late other was a grinding noise while in reverse and rattling when driving or applying the brakes. I returned my car and they found a loose caliper bolt. Car is running fine now.

The problems with my car were diagnosed fairly quickly, but unfortunately one of the needed parts had to be overnighted from West Virginia. My car was available by noon of the following day.

Manny provided great customer service but the service tech performed far below my expectation. In the report he said my windshield fluid was low, but I had just filled it to the full line on Thursday, he also said my tires were at manufactory psi level, but I had to added air to my rear tires (20psi) and release air from my front tires (15 psi) and the tire monitors were not adjusted after rotation. Lastly, the oil life indicated was not reset (I had to reset it). Now I don't feeel comfortable driving my truck until I do my own assessment.

Great experience

After eight (8) weeks of waiting for transmission repairs to be completed on our 2024 Blazer, we finally received it on March 13, 2025. While waiting for repairs to be completed, we were provided with a loaner vehicle. After several calls to Lindsay Chevrolet, Matt Phillips the Service Manager was able to provide us with a completion day. Several calls were placed to the GM representative after receiving calls in the evening hours. Every attempt to establish a line of communications with the representative ended in a busy phone extension. Overall, the GM representative's response was fragmented and finally received a phone message that the repairs were completed. The staff including Ms. Jennifer Geary, Gregg Byram my Service Advisor have consistently provided excellent customer service. John the transmission technician was made available for a test drive and answered questions relating to the repairs completed. Mr. Matt Phillips, please thank your team for a job well done.

Excellent. We loved Anthony our Salesman . He was so great. Answered all our questions. Was wonderful with my little one who is special needs. The dealership was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. The finance department worked with us to get us what we needed to stay within our budget, which was wonderful. There is not one negative thing I can say about our experience.

I want to commend Joseph Burley for his excellent service. I came in with a strange steering wheel shaking issue, and he ensured I received expert care. The master mechanic (Joseph knows who) went above and beyond, explaining the issue with my truck in incredible detail. I'm very grateful for their help.

The oil change was 50.00 more than the Chevy dealer in manassas, and charging 11.00 for shop fees is a scam. I am tired of being told about the recommended servicing and how I didn’t take them or refused , I wrote on the form this time as they are NOT the required servicing that are mandated by Chevys owners manual. It’s all a scam to make money, if it was required then it would be in the service manual. I will not be returning.

Our family was heading to Florida in a seven passenger suburban and we broke down at 3 AM on the highway 9 o’clock the next morning. We had the vehicle vehicle towed to the dealership. It was the best experience. Our vehicle was diagnosed by the service department 9:30 AM. We were there. They called us at 11 AM and stated we needed a transmission and they had one in stock and they could have us back on the road again by 5 o’clock, we were just wowed by the over and above customer service that this dealership provide provided and the culture there with the people are so nice. I would like to thank everybody involved as they got us back on the road and we’re down in Florida now on a family vacation at Disney thank you all so much. It was such a pleasant have work done at your dealership and to meet the nice friendly people.

I came in with a specific problem. “Reduced engine power” error on my vehicle. When brought in I discussed this with services and they said they would look into it. To their response they found standard maintenance was due for other parts of the vehicle that in the end was replenished and paid for. As I left the dealership about 10 minutes down the road my check engine light came back on giving me the same “engine power reduced” error. Hoping to get this issue solved the first time, now I once again have to remove myself from work and will be out of a vehicle for how ever many days it takes to solve this problem.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lindsay Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share to warn other potential customers. On May 17, 2025, I located a vehicle on their website discounted heavily at approximately $4,100. I spoke with Jaden and he transferred me to Murk, a sales manager, to inquire about their trade-in appraisal system. I was assured they used reliable sources such as Kelley Blue Book, NADA, and Edmunds, and that he would match or beat any legitimate offer I had received. Based on this assurance, I made the decision to drive over two hours to the dealership. I arrived around 3:15 PM, and shortly after, my vehicle was appraised for $5,500 less than all the reputable trade-in sources they claimed to use. I showed the appraisal from another local dealer and I expressed concern, but instead of a transparent explanation, Henry, the general sales manager, began manipulating the numbers. After a more reasonable figure was obtained, I was almost in agreement to the price. After reviewing the worksheet that was printed, I noticed that the destination fee was added into the price of the vehicle, when it was already on the build sheet. He pulled up their website and showed me the “fine print” at the bottom, stating that it will be added back into the final price. After some hesitation, he offered a $600 credit for using their financing. The "out-the-door" price presented was $59,425 before this credit. I countered, requesting an even $59,000 as the total cost, and both Henry and salesperson Jaden agreed—sealing it with a handshake. As a disabled veteran, I qualify for a sales tax exemption, but during the financing process, I noticed the tax ($3,142) was not removed. At the tax rate of 4.15% that amount was not accurate. After requesting correction, the new total dropped to $55,715.12. However, after recalculating the total, there is a balance of 927.00 that should be refunded to me based upon the agreed terms. It appears the dealership inflated the sales tax figures to obscure the discount I was promised—effectively overcharging me by nearly $1,000. Due to the long wait (I left the dealership around 11:00 PM) and fatigue from the trip, I was not able to thoroughly scrutinize the paperwork until the following day. I attempted to contact the dealership on May 18 and 19 to speak with Jared from Finance and Henry, but my calls were ignored. When I reached other managers, they dismissed the issue as “too complicated” and insisted it would have to be handled by Henry—who still has not followed up. Had I known I would not receive the agreed-upon financing discount, I would have walked away from the deal. As someone who works for a large agency within 10 miles of this dealership, I will be advising my colleagues and community members to avoid doing business with Lindsay Chevrolet due to deceptive practices and lack of accountability.

Great price and good team to work with at Lindsay Chevrolet. Only complaint is about deceptive advertising practice of showing an advertised discount to MSRP (MSRP includes destination charge of $1595) and then adding destination charge back in as additional fees. This made the real discount actually $1595 less than advertised. When challenged on this, manager said it was noted in the disclaimers on the website but said I wasn’t the first customer to question this. Given the good discounts provided, why ruin a customer perception and customer experience with an advertising practice like this? That was the only negative of my experience.

I needed some routine maintenance done on my 2019 Silverado 2500 (oil change, fuel filter, etc.) as well as some specific issues that needed to be addressed (tire pressure sensors). Making the appointment was seamless, and our maintenance representative (Robert) did a fantastic job communicating with us and keeping us updated on costs and progress.

Everything went just fine until delivery of the vehicle which was not acceptable. The vehicle was not prepped for delivery. And after it was washed, but not prepped, was still not cleaned for delivery.

David is an excellent service advisor—knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommend his service 5 stars!

I do appointments for recalls on my silverdon2009 and first appointment they install the wrong parts and in wait 5 hours and then say they call me back because install the wrong air bag inflator and supposedly next appointment I don’t have to wait to much time and lie I wait 4 more hours ridiculous waiting time that’s why I don’t come Back to service in this dealer cause to much waiting time

I gave a 4 because the actual car service and shuttle service are always great. However, Every time I have come to this location I am greeted with annoyance. It seems as if everyone is too busy to acknowledge me when I walk in. I don't feel anyone is friendly. You walk into the service room, 6+ people at computers and it literally takes someone 2-3 sometimes 5 minutes to even care that you're standing there, and then they always say "someone will be with you in a moment with an attitude". The phones are answered before even being asked if you have an appointment, emergency or whichever. It doesn't take much for someone to just say " Hi, welcome!". I come to this location because it is convenient, but just because of the customer service alone I would go somewhere else.

I had to have my 2005 Corvette towed to Lindsay Chevrolet as it would not go into gears. The next morning I received a call from David Palumbo, a wonderful service consultant who informed me the cable had snapped and would need to be replaced. The part was not very expensive but it was a four hour labor that was costly. Davis called later the same day and let me know my car was fixed and ready! The service at Lindsay Chevrolet is excellent!

He carries himself like a man with much more life experience than 22 years. I am not surprised his desk is plastered with "Top Salesman of the Month" trophies. Hsan has an incredible work ethic while always remaining respectful and attentive to the customer. My next Chevy will be bought from Hsan unless extreme, unexpected life circumstances prevent me from doing so.

My Service Advisor, Roberto is my go to when I have issues with my car. He is wonderful. I would sometimes like to also talk to the techs as well so I can also show or explain in detail what I am experiencing with my car. As the saying goes "you know your car better than anyone". I wish a few weeks back, that recent issues were discovered with those inspections that are performed. For example, my windshield washer probably was damaged after my accident in April when the hood was misaligned. When I picked my vehicle up in early May, I didn't realize one of the nozzle didn't work but that was minor for me and just thought it was clogged. So the June 19th service I had to get a whole complete assembly redo.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent oil change service at your dealership. I came in expecting a routine oil change, but the final bill was significantly higher than anticipated, totaling a thousand dollars. This experience has left me questioning the value of returning to the dealership for future oil changes. I went for an Oil Change and I was presented with additional services that significantly increased the final amount. I am not disputing the quality of the work, Just questioning if all the service that was performed could be done in different visits to the shop! I appreciated the comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee.

I made an appointment online for an oil change and whatever needs to be done at 15,000 miles. On the morning of the appointment. Robert sent me a message with what all would be done and what it would cost me. I gave then the okay to do the maintenance that they recommended. When it was finished Robert gave me a call to let me know it was ready to be picked up.

My car is driving and riding like it did when I purchased it. I never realized what difference in replacing brakes and rotors would make. Also needed a front motor mount and strut replaced. Very friendly staff. The only thing I would say needs to be addressed is that the service person before they leave for that day should contact even if only by text to let you know your car is ready for pick up. I never got a call back from Joe to let me know my car was ready for pick up. When I finally spoke with Patrick in the Service Department he was awesome and I got to pick my car up late afternoon same day and all was well.

Our experience with Lindsay Chevrolet was not what we expected, and not in a good way. We arrived on time for our appointment, which had been confirmed by me twice (once by phone and once by text). As we were pulling into the dealership, we saw the truck we were interested in being looked over by another customer. We asked to see the truck, but that person had the priority and took it on a test drive. We were very interested in the vehicle, and our salesperson put in the paperwork for us to purchase it, without us ever actually touching or driving the vehicle. It was not ideal, but it worked out; however, it would be helpful to have a clear policy on situations like this, and honor the commitments made to the party (us) who inquired first and had an actual appointment. We wanted to pay cash, and that was a hassle, too. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I thought my car had an issue and panicked about getting it seen ASAP. Mr. Burley and the Lindsay Service Team were very accommodating, as usual. No issues were detected and I left with piece of mind.

After looking at multiple dealerships the past few weeks that wouldn't really listen to me, I was pleased to deal with Lindsey for the second time around. Ken Creighton really listened to me and went to battle for me, to get me the price I was comfortable with to secure me my new Silverado. Then Mason Morris came in and helped finish up paperwork and helped to get the sale finished up. What a great couple of salesman these guys were to deal with. If you would like to feel comfortable in purchasing a new car is suggest either one of theses 2 gentleman to work with.

My appointment was 7:15am and I arrived on time for annual change. Two hours later I checked on my car and my rep said it's still being worked on. Then, I immediately see my car parked in the parking lot. I asked why it's out there? My car was never touched in those 2 hours. She lied. The manager Audra reduced my bill and made me feel better.

I explained to your advisor what was wrong with the car? It was insisted that we do a diagnostic when the dealership in New York and my personal Mechanic told me the same thing that was wrong with so you got me for $214 for a diagnostic test which is unnecessary because we all knew it was the thermostat sensor. I was able to drive the car back to New York and where as you stated it was 4 1/2 hours of labor in New York said it was only 2.5 hours of labor and that it cost me $250 for the labor and $153 for the part at a dealership make that make sense and just think I was actually going to consider selling you my Camaro to get a Corvette never judge a book by its cover

Mike Schmidt is my service writer and he kept me informed at every step of the process and, because I was waiting on my vehicle, he kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

As always, the oil change service performed on my vehicle was completed to a high standard. However, upon picking up my car on a rainy day – after confirming with staff that it had passed the 27-point inspection – I discovered damage to the front driver’s side tire once I was able to thoroughly inspect it at home. I immediately reported the damage and provided photographic evidence, but have yet to receive a response from management. My most recent inquiry was emailed to Patrick Rotchford on August 7th. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Overall visit poor. I was told my right rear tire had a nail in the side wall that could not be repaired but not once did anyone ask me if I wanted to see it. My fault on that one....the next time I will ask to be shown defective/damage parts. The corvette tech completed my 7500 mile service but did not reset my oil and transmission/filter life which in my opinion should be the last step. I came in on 8/16 to pick up my son's license plates for his car that I had just purchased a week or so ago, and then went to customer service to address my concerns about the recent service. Once I explained to the young lady in customer service about my concern, she proceeded to tell me I could either bring it in again or look up on you tube how to reset it for both the oil and transmission.....WRONG ANSWER TO GIVE A CUSTOMER WHO HAD PAID $2700 FOR A SERVICE.!!!!!! I shouldn't have to bring it in again nor should be told to look up how to do something that should be the last step of these types of services. Bottom line up front.....People work hard for their money to pay for service, expect a completed service, and shouldn't have to come back in for something that should have been done in the first place; nor be told to look it up on you tube how to do something. If that's the attitude that your dealership wishes to have then I'll take my business elsewhere and make sure all of the folks I know with vettes stay clear your dealership.

This dealership sure has turned itself around. The sales team is experienced, helpful, and works very hard to make the car buying process easy and enjoyable. To top it all off, the GM (Danny Islam) is by far the best GM I have encountered in my 30 years of buying cars. Your success is built on professionals like him. I originally went to a GMC dealership looking at a similar truck, but after waiting too long in their finance office, I decided to leave and drove past Lindsay Chevrolet. I was fortunate to be greeted by Hsan when I pulled up. I let him know up front that I wasn’t willing to wait around long and was even supposed to go back and pick up the other vehicle. From the start, Hsan respected my time and managed the process extremely well. He walked me through selecting the right Silverado, signing paperwork, and securing rebates — all while keeping his promises. The entire experience was smooth, with no hidden surprises or back-door changes. The finance manager was also excellent. Even though it was his day off on a Sunday, he worked on my deal, and later, when I returned for a service included in the agreement, he went above and beyond by finding me an even better deal with a lower interest rate. Overall, Lindsay Chevrolet made me feel like a valued customer — something that’s not always common these days. From start to finish, they delivered on what they promised and treated me with professionalism and respect. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy my new 2025 Silverado here.

I've been exceedingly pleased with the services I receive from Lindsay and with the intake and service technicians. From the time I arrive to the time I leave, I know my car is in good, capable hands, and I have a nice, clean place where I can wait if necessary. Everyone is professional and friendly, and I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary services performed.

I brought my vehicle in for a service to replace all fluids and the rear brakes. After returning home, I noticed the coolant level was unusually low. Concerned, I went back to the dealership, where they informed me there was a small crack in the radiator. When I asked how that could’ve happened, they attributed it to the age of the vehicle—a claim I find hard to accept. My car is garage-kept, meticulously maintained, and has never shown signs of leaking. What’s even more troubling is that they added coolant to a cracked radiator and let me drive off without warning. That’s not just careless—it’s potentially dangerous. The repair ended up costing me over $1,000, and that was after I had to push back hard for a reduced price. Initially, they quoted me $1,400. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. This experience has completely eroded my trust in their service.
