Why do we need your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)?

In most cases the VIN number is used to tell us options, colors, production date, special packages and other information that applies to your automobile specifically. We determine the correct part based on the options the vehicle came with.

If you bought your vehicle at Lindsay Chevrolet, or if it has been in our service department, then we have your VIN on file. If not it, you can find your VIN on your registration card or on the dashboard of the vehicle on the driver?s side.
